“Second stay and still a 5”
This was our second time staying here and we rated it a 5 last time too. I had my dog with me this time as this is a super pet friendly place. Our dog Jack LOVED his bed in the room- very comfy. We had an issue with Jack howling on the third day but the front desk gave us a call and were super polite and caring. Rooms are clean and functional- we stay here as we like to go to The Pageant and Delmar Hall next door. Rooftop bar is a must see. Food at the Eclipse restaurant is way better than last time. Fried green tomatoes were outstanding. Room service breakfast was fast and good as well. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. We use the Valet Parking as parking can be tough. Other places to check out nearby are PI Pizza, Mission Taco and Meshuggah coffee. If you have time, walk to Forest Park, so much to see and do there as well. We will be back.

“A wonderful stay!”
As soon as my boyfriend and I pulled up, the valet greeted us with a smile and quickly grabbed our bags to bring up to the room. The front desk was very helpful and quick when checking us in. The room was immaculate and spacious. The rooms were very quiet and the breakfast was delicious! I really enjoy the many different items they provided in the bathroom ( shampoo, conditioner, lotion , body wash, Q tips, cotton balls, shower cap and sewing kit). Overall, wonderful stay and close to many attractions !

“Just wonderful”
SPARKLING Clean, WONDERFUL Staff, IMMEDIATE Service, COOL Location, Great Food EVERYWHERE. We loved it. Robes are in rooms, bathrooms are spacious, lighting is nice, I really appreciate a clean room and they did not disappoint.

We stayed here for a night away this weekend and it was fabulous! We did Valet parking and the “Big O Package” in a superior king room. The Valet was super friendly, the front desk was excellent, and the room was perfect! They called ahead to see when we’d like our amenities, I felt it was very thoughtful of them. The front desk asked if we wanted dinner recommendations, directions, or needed any other help. Even the staff in the elevators talked to us. We were very impressed with the hotel overall, we would stay again!

Fabulous experience! Definitely will return. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is extremely clean and the location works for us. Has dinner in the Eclipse dining room and a cocktail in the top level bar. Five stars.

Awesome stay! We brought our pups and they were so welcoming! We had treats given to us for the dogs with beds and dishes provided. Valet was so courteous and the front desk was very informative and welcoming, they even called at 11:00 pm to see if we wanted our complimentary champagne. We ate at the Eclipse and it was delicious. Every part of our visit was wonderful and we will stay again! Kudos to the moonrise
