The Twilight Room is a spectacular all-season indoor/outdoor rooftop venue. Indulge in our hand-crafted cocktails and small plates menus while taking in out-of-this-world views of the Delmar Loop, downtown St. Louis and Forest Park.

Open 365 days a year to guests aged 21+, rain or shine, from 5 pm – 3 am (last call 2:30 am) – no reservations accepted on the rooftop.

The eco-friendly Twilight Room is fully powered by a solar canopy made up of 107 glass solar panels.

Also available for private parties, this bright, contemporary rooftop venue perfectly accommodates full-service sit-down and reception style dining events. We offer an array of menus ranging from buffets to hors-d’oeuvres to plated options. Light fare menu served daily, 5:00 pm-10:30 pm.

FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATIONS ON THE MOONRISE ROOFTOP

Celebrate Independence Day at the Moonrise! See the spectacular Fair St. Louis fireworks under the moon while enjoying drink specials and our special Fourth of July rooftop menu, featuring classic American barbeque. Guests under 21 welcome on the rooftop during the fireworks shows only; all guests under 21 must leave the rooftop after fireworks shows have completed. No reservations accepted; rooftop spots are first come, first serve. The celebrations take place on:

  • July 4: Rooftop opens at 3 pm, rooftop Fourth of July menu served from 3 pm – 9 pm.
  • July 6: Rooftop opens at 5 pm, rooftop Fourth of July menu served from 5 pm – 9 pm.
  • July 7: Rooftop opens at 3 pm, rooftop Fourth of July menu served from 3 pm – 9 pm.

Fireworks shows will occur each night on July 4, 6 and 7. View our special Fourth of July rooftop menu for these dates. Regular rooftop menu will not be offered on July 4, 6 or 7.
