Last month was hectic with holiday parties, travel and family events, but that didn’t keep our amazing guests from leaving us stellar reviews on TripAdvisor® and our Facebook page!

“Music and tacos are a stones throw away”
One of the best hotels in STL. Pet friendly (but immaculate), 24 hour room service, and next door to the best concert venue and taco joint in St. Louis. Good decor and
the best smelling candles around doesn’t hurt either.

“So Convenient”
Stayed a night after watching Comedian Iliza Schlesinger at The Pageant. First plenty of free parking behind the pageant, check in was fast and friendly. If you have pets they have a water bowl and snacks( with your pets name written above it). The moon memorabilia is eclectic and very cool. Our room was spotless, neat artwork again moon themed, only thing they didn’t have was a tv schedule. Would definitely stay here again for a show at the pageant.

“Truly Pet Friendly”
This place is amazing for family and pets. No restrictions or crazy rules. They provided Pet beds, food and water bowls, homemade treats, and bandanas. The staff are super friendly and helpful if you need ideas on food or activities or just help with something in the hotel they go above and beyond. The food in house is good the location is amazing. They have the best food and little shops all within walking distance. This place is our new favorite hotel. They truly put the customer and their pets first! Highly recommend for anyone, any reason, and anytime. Also, cats are also welcome they even provide kitty litter pans. Amazing!

Five Stars from Bret J.
Yes, five stars for the hotel, but also five stars for the customer service. Being either in or around the hospitality industry for 20+ years, I have a cursory understanding of what it takes to run a successful hotel. It’s not easy, or for the faint of heart. My wife and I haven’t been to St. Louis in about 10 years. The experience of The Delmar Loop – eating at a local hotspot, seeing a show at The Pageant, staying at The Moonrise next door…all were enough to sell us on coming back as much as our schedules will allow…but, on the day we were to leave, all of a sudden the hotel had no hot water. Complete nightmare for everyone involved. Absolute kudos to the Assistant General Manager, Jake Westcott, not only for grace under fire, but for personally handling a potential nightmare and turning it into a teaching opportunity for his staff. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here last night! Staff was very helpful and welcoming! We had a large truck and an Uhaul and were able to park it easy. We also have a large Great Dane and we’re so excited to find such a nice hotel with no weight limit on dogs! Highly recommend this place!
Five Stars from Sophie J.
My boyfriend and I were making the trip back from Tennessee to Nebraska with St. Louis, MO being our midpoint. Our reservation was last minute and yet, the staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was stunning and our room was perfection. They have the comfiest bed we have ever experienced in all of our hotel stays. Room service was very quick (Our Cold Smoked Salmon Salad and the Shrimp & Grits entrees are definitely worth a rave!) and the cherry on top is that they are animal-friendly. We never wanted to leave. We will definitely return to Moonrise should we ever find ourselves in St. Louis again.
