Vital VOICE Magazine and Pearl Vodka are launching “The Pride Issue”and hosting their sixth annual celebration of Pride Month and the LGBTQIA+ Community on the Moonrise Hotel rooftop with Queens in Space: Spice World. This fabulously fun event features an out-of-this-world Spice Girls’ themed drag show that will take you on a journey to “Spice World”, a rad planet that’s been trapped in the 90’s. The show stars:
• RiiRii as Posh Spice (Victoria Beckham)
• Moltyn Decadence as Scary Spice (Melanie B)
• Genewa Stanwyck as Ginger Spice (Geri Halliwell)
• Heidi Banks as Sporty Spice (Melanie C)
• and Tajma Stetson as Baby Spice (Emma Bunton)
“It’s not a hosted drag show — it’s a concert-style experience. You’re essentially going to a Spice Girls concert without, obviously, the actual Spice Girls. It’s big. There will be costume changes and wig changes. We’re doing all the hits as well as some songs that you may not know. You’re going to get a little bit of everything,” Stanwyck explained to the Vital VOICE.
“I grew up with the Spice Girls,” continued co-star Banks. “I love girl groups anyway, but they were big artists in pop music then, and as a closeted gay man or confused adolescent — even though their whole thing was girl power — it was easy to see them and still feel empowered by them. So there’s that link for me. And then I just love their music.”

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to benefit The Steven’s Institute of Business and Art (SIBA) Scholarship Foundation.
