Begin by booking a luxurious boutique hotel room for a little V-Day surprise getaway. We recommend our “Big-O” couples package, for obvious reasons. Between the champagne and strawberries, rose petal turndown and breakfast for two in your king-size, pillow-top bed, you and your partner are guaranteed to feel the love!
But no special evening out is complete without a romantic candle-lit dinner, and we’ve got you covered there, too! Our own Eclipse Restaurant will be offering a special Valentine’s Menu full of delicious aphrodisiacs.
Tempt your tastebuds with appetizers like Blue Point oysters, beet-root cured salmon rose and Delicata squash arancini. Follow it up with Chilean sea bass, Steak Au Poivre or eggplant involtini for your entrees and finish on a sweet note with chocolate-covered strawberries, lemon tart and raspberry sorbets or Royale chocolate cake .
