Moonrise Hotel has your safety and comfort in mind during the Covid-19 outbreak. To increase our staff and guest safety, we have implemented the following changes to eliminate the spread of the Covid-19.
Hotel Cleanliness Improvement Details:
- Hotel rooms will be left vacant for three days prior to a thorough cleaning with disinfectant
- Valet services are not available, complimentary self-park only
- Stayover cleaning service is NOT offered. Extra towels, sheets, or toiletries can still be delivered upon request
- Fitness Center will be closed until further notice
- No congregating in the hotel lobby will be permitted
- The temperature of all staff members will be taken at the beginning of their shift
- Masks will be required and available if needed
- Luggage assistance will not be available
- Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the hotel for guest use
- Guest rooms will be spaced apart as much as possible
On-site Outlets Safety Improvements:
- Rooftop will be open from 5:00pm to 1:30am for our guests
- Outside food is permitted on the roof until 12:00am; once our kitchen reopens (later date), outside food will no longer be allowed
- Rooftop capacity will be limited to 25% occupancy
- Masks will be required and made available for guests
- Complimentary self-serve continental breakfast in the hotel lobby starting June 5th
- No Room Service available
