This month the Eclipse Restaurant is participating in Operation Food Search’s Tomato Explosion. That means all throughout July when you order our House Tomato Pasta, a portion of the proceeds goes to Operation Food Search to help connect children most in need to nutritious meals.
Our House Tomato Pasta is a tomato fettuccine with yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms, fresh sliced tomato, sun-dried tomato oil, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs. And if that’s not enough you can add shrimp, chicken or salmon to the plate!
