One of our favorite events of the year is coming up soon. We can’t wait for this June to come around so we can kick off PrideFest 2017. Last year, a quarter of a million people attended Pride St. Louis making it the biggest and best ever!
This year, PrideFest is taking over St. Louis June 23rd-25th, 2017, at Soldiers Memorial Park in Downtown St. Louis. This year’s theme is “Community Proud.” St. Louis was recently ranked #4 on a list of most gay-friendly cities, and we are incredibly proud to be a part of this loving, inclusive community.
During PrideFest, the whole weekend will be packed with entertainment (to be announced soon!) and activities starting at 2 pm on Friday, June 23. Plus, the action-packed, colorful parade starts on Sunday, June 25 at 12 pm.
While PrideFest is free, there is a suggested donation of $5 per person to help cover costs of the parade, as well as fund scholarships and support the LGBTQIA+ community in St. Louis.
Looking for more? Besides attending all the festivities, you can register your group to walk in the parade! If you do, get creative.
