We’ve literally been eating them for centuries. Ever since our parents stuffed our first PB&J into our brown lunch bag, sandwiches have been our go-to food no matter the time of day or year. Easy to make, delicious to eat, sandwiches are truly a culinary cornerstone.
That’s probably why we have a whole day dedicated to the sandwich – National Sandwich Day, Nov. 3. We can think of no better way to celebrate this special occasion than to highlight some of our favorite sandwiches available every day at Eclipse Restaurant. How much do we love sandwiches?
