New Menu at Eclipse
A fresh season means fresh, delicious food at Eclipse Restaurant. You’ll find locally sourced ingredients, innovative flavor combinations, and satisfying meals all around.
Here are a few of the dishes we’re excited about:
Citrus Salad
Baby green oak. Grapefruit. Orange. Feta. Radish. Avocado. Mint. Lemon poppy seed vinaigrette. It’s fresh, citrusy, and perfect for spring.
Thai Curry Wings
Coconut milk. Red curry. Cilantro. They’re zingy, juicy, saucy and excellent as an appetizer or meal.
Three-Cheese Mac and Cheese
Fontina. Gruyere. Roasted jalapeno. Bacon. Parmesan crumble. It’s rich, cheesy and has a kick from the jalapenos.
Chorizo Mussels
Mexican chorizo. Peppers. Ancho lime butter. Cilantro. Grilled bread. Not your standard mussels – these are citrusy with a hint of spice from the chorizo and peppers.
Brown Butter Pork Chop
* This dish won Head Chef Cameron Settle the title of “Best Chef in St. Louis”!
Carrot ginger puree. Cauliflower pilaf rice. Roasted tomato. Bourbon glaze. If you don’t think pork can be fancy, juicy and decadent, think again. This dish has it all.
Not Ya Momma’s Grilled Cheese
Smoked Gouda. Creamy brie. Fig jam. Braised pork belly. Caramelized onion. No Kraft singles in this grilled cheese. It’s salty and creamy from the blend of cheeses, has a hint of sweetness from the fig jam and caramelized onions, and packs an extra punch of flavor and texture with the braised pork belly.
